| During the 1980’s, a New Zealand firm, IML Group, designed a number of high performance, V/TOL and VSTOL aircraft named the ADDAX. |

These highly futuristic looking aircraft, designed to be made from new composite materials, caused much interest in the media.

Sadly, the design never left the drawing board, despite the interest they caused both within Australia, and abroad. |
